Since integrating XOi into their operations, AAON rep firms have reported a 100% approval rate for completed warranty claims. Micheal Plummer, XOi Specialist at AAON, highlighted the benefits of improved data transparency, noting that all stakeholders now have access to the same information, resulting in quicker and more accurate decision-making processes.
Furthermore, XOi has significantly streamlined AAON’s warranty claim review process, cutting it in half. By leveraging real-time data from technicians in the field, parts are now shipped correctly the first time, leading to faster resolutions for customers.
