Having been to inpatient treatment five times, Lovato candidly shared how each time she felt defeated upon returning. However, she highlighted the turning point when she started putting in the work, seeking help, and finding joy in the little things in life. After her fifth treatment, she felt a significant shift and realized the importance of living a life in recovery.
